Our family is deeply passionate about keeping our ANZAC history and heritage alive for future generations of Australians. We do this at our property in four major ways...
Emu Gully hosts Australia’s largest Anzac Re-enactments every year in May, the Air and Land Spectacular, which includes Light Horse re-enactments of the Boer War and the Charge of Beersheba, as well as tanks, planes and explosions.

Deep Involvement with the Australian Light Horse Association including; Membership of Lockyer Light Horse Troop, Light horse parades, a director of the Light Horse Association and Editor of their Spur Magazine, writing of regular Light Horse articles, and organising “In the Steps of the Light Horse” anniversary overseas tours in Israel. http://www.lighthorse.org.au/

Our Location
Emu Gully Heritage Stock horse and Waler Stud is primarily situated on 182 acres of picturesque farm land at Helidon Spa near Toowoomba. We also have another large property of 2,200 acres in Northern NSW on the rugged and beautiful Pindari Dam.
